WATER IONIZERS
Simply put, alkaline water is any water that has a pH of 7.0 or higher.
The pH of water or any substance can range from acidic (pH below 7.0) or basic/alkaline (pH above 7.0). The pH scale goes from 0 to 14 and like the Richter scale for measuring earthquake intensity, the pH scale is logarithmic. In other words, a solution with a pH = 7.0 is ten times more alkaline than a solution with a pH = 6.0. Likewise, a solution with a pH = 9.0 is 100 times more alkaline than a solution with a pH = 7.0.

Alkaline pH water does occur in nature, however, due to the ongoing depletion of the planet's fresh water resources, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find natural sources of alkaline water. The easiest way to access and consume alkaline pH water today is by buying it or making it yourself. There are many techniques and products to help convert regular tap or spring water into alkaline water. The best method to make alkaline water is to use a water ionizer, a process known as Electrolysis provide the most consistent quality of alkaline water, highest levels of antioxidant, and structuring for increased cellular absorption.
Electrolysis is a process that utilizes an electric current to separate the acidic minerals from the alkaline minerals in water. This process, also known as ionization, separates the water into two forms — alkaline water and acid water.


In the case of a water ionizer, the alkaline pH water is dispensed through one outlet and the acid water is dispensed through a secondary outlet. Besides drinking, alkaline water and acid water have many other practical uses including: cooking, skin care, degreasing, sanitation, etc. Alkaline water is generally used for drinking, cooking, an internal applications while acid water is generally used for cleaning or external applications.
Another important property of ionized alkaline water is the restructuring of the water molecules from larger clusters into what are known as smaller microclusters. The cluster size of most tap, spring, or bottled water tends to be 15 to 17 molecules. The ionization process breaks these clusters into smaller groups of 5 to 7 molecules. The microclusters from ionized water provide several advantages over larger water clusters by penetrating your cell walls easier resulting in greater hydration and a more efficient delivery if oxygen and antioxidants into your bloodstream.
Alkaline pH water is not a chemical, nor does it have any other substance added to it. Alkaline water is normal tap or spring water that has been converted into water with a higher pH.
